WebAll I know is that I am a Warlock and have the full set, and have gotten multiple sets to try to fix the glitch. My issue is: the quest says that I need to obtain 3/3 Dreambane armor pieces. I am stuck at 2/3 for some reason. I have seen on Reddit that it worked for some people to purchase that 3rd (or however many pieces) directly from Eris Morn.
