WebI use DNS over HTTPS and have set network.trr.mode=3 in about:config to prevent it falling back to regular DNS when DoH fails. I find changing the DoH provider instantly fixes the problem. I swap between Cloudflare and NextDNS when it happens. It's probably a Firefox bug cos command line calls to those DoH providers return results.
