Linq good location has the Linq promenade with bars and grills and ice-cream. High Roller. Clean, but rooms are smaller. Although I love the rooms at PH, I find music too loud and a bit more party than I prefer. But that is probably just what you are looking for.

Its also easy to access the strip from the Flamingo. To get to the strip from Bally's you have to walk through Paris or walk past a bunch of sad little shops. Report inappropriate content IrishFan
WebFlamingo/linq are connected and Ballys is accross the street connected to Paris if that sways you (more action/traffic). Bally's has limited dining choices and their food court is closed for remodeling. Not sure of the reopening date. You can eat at Paris next door.
