The MCDU never recognizes many of the way-points. I even have the problem of the MCDU recognizing my manually input waypoints, although they work fine in Sim Brief and in Navigraph charts.

WebNavigraph said it was a microsobo issue because the new runway shares its SID's&STARs with the old 28L runway, and since the new runway doesnt exist in the sim, it deletes SIDs/STARs & the runway. 28R & 10R show up coincidentally in my PMDG 737 and in the FBW a32nx. just not in the sims flight planner.
