WebPASG is contraindicated in patients with A Respiratory compromise Evisceration Suspected diaphragmatic rupture Pregnancy Impaled object 9 Q Target systolic BP in the absence of TBI on abdominal trauma pt A 80 to 90 mmHg MAP = 60-65 10 Q If bleeding occurs around an impaled object, direct pressure should be applied A Webhospital use of the pneumatic anti- shock garment (PASG). Therefore, guidelines for the education and ex- perience of out-of-hospital providers in using the PASG are essential to safe and cost-effective patient care. In this spirit, NAEMSP offers the following guidelines for the med- ically directed out-of-hospital use of the PASG.
